Dani: embracing change.
When Daniela Nedelko (neƩ Vanegas) began her journey in Network Marketing more than 10 years ago, she was closing one stage of her personal and professional life and starting a new one. Dani was leaving behind a traditional business model based on technologies that were already being replaced by more advanced ones, and looking to create a new home in another country. In a way, Network Marketing was a new hope for her at that time.
Although Dani was familiar with the industry, as her father had been a professional in it for many years, Dani confesses out of youthful pride that she had tried to make her way independently. But at the time, it was just what she needed and she finally heeded her father’s advice.
Determined and resolute, Dani put together a sales plan in just a few hours and, together with a friend and business partner at the time, built up a sales team and a truly impressive customer base. Although the company had a good telephone and internet service at very competitive prices and growth was explosive, a security issue they had overlooked in the corporate regarding one of their products, led them to losses even faster, and Dani, like many other distributors of the brand, had to look for other alternatives.
One of the things Dani values most about her time at that company was learning directly from the leaders about personal development, a valuable resource for many people on their way to their goals, but one that brought her, above all, peace of mind and a reaffirmation that she was making the right decisions, even in the face of obstacles.
In the years that followed, Dani pursued other opportunities and was even, for a time, a television news anchor. From each decision and each step, she learned something different that took her to the next level. But Dani also learned here and there that network marketing still has room for improvement. Or, rather, that it is the responsibility of companies to make network marketing even better than it is and to exploit its full potential.
Dino: passion for entrepreneurship.
Dino Nedelko had always felt a spirit of entrepreneurship in him. From a young age, he was always active, working while studying and creating his own business opportunities. Dino had always known how he wanted to build his life, independently and financially prosperous, without being dependent on a job that did not allow him to grow.
Dino, who is rather introverted by nature, first approached network marketing in 2014 as an opportunity to finally fulfil his life goals, but also as a challenge, as it was an industry that forced him to step out of his comfort zone. Dino was forced to break a barrier that separated him from success, and that barrier was his self-confidence and shyness. But today, Dino is no longer just an entrepreneur and a founder. He is also a mentor who touches the minds and hearts of many people around the world, every day.
Dino has grown to having more than 100,000 people in one organisation, including leaders and customers. This was possible because of the commitment he made to himself, but also because of the love he developed for the trade.
For Dino, the values of honesty, integrity and transparency are essential, but at the same time, difficult to find together. They are values he wishes to promote and one of the main reasons why he has chosen to be a founder and not just a leader in the industry.
Dani and Dino: a common vision.
Dino and Dani met at a conference where prominent leaders from different companies and countries met. Sometime later, they met again at another conference, and it was then that they realised they had much more in common than they thought. The spark of love was lit up between them, but they also had a strong love for the industry, for the potential it had to help people… And they had many points of view in common. Something that led them, not only to start being a couple, but to be a perfect business team with the potential to found something really special.
Dino and Dani had both been looking at the pros and cons of the business for some time. What they wanted to see in a company, what was really good for distributors in a compensation plan, what kind of products would best benefit from this sales model, what was really needed by a person coming into the industry looking for an avenue of income and a long-term vocation… All possible variations, but with integrity, transparency and honesty at the core.
Dino recalled a phrase one of his mentors once told him: “Although some people seek to fulfil their dreams just to make a lot of money, true human happiness comes from two things: having health and prosperity. A rich person in poor health is still a poor person who needs to look for other options to improve their health.ā Dani has always been an enthusiast of organic and natural products, and now their new joint project brings together many of those things they discussed for months.
The definitive sign that they should start this project was a moment of doubt when they considered leaving network marketing and going back to traditional business. Then Dani said, “There are people who need a new hope”. Soon after, NH Global was born. New Hope Global.
What is NH Global?
NH Global is a company specialising in products that improve different aspects of health. Currently, there are only two products available, but the company has plans for a total of 7 to start with. It is true that NH is just over a year old, and the catalogue is still small, but Dani and Dino say that they don’t want to have an explosive company, but a company with stable growth. They want to be long-lived; they want to be reliable, and they want to build a solid foundation. And that cannot be done in a hurry.
The products available now are Refine, a supplement that helps increase energy, cognitive function and relieve mental fatigue; and Enhance, a supplement that combines several nutrients to improve metabolism on general levels, from the immune system to relieving symptoms such as inflammation.
At the company’s founding, both are very adamant that they want a sustainable business model, accessible to everyone both in terms of starting the business and buying the products, while keeping prices affordable. One of the strengths Dani is particularly proud of is that no distributor is obliged to self-ship. Each distributor manages the quantity and pace of sales they want or can do, adapted to their needs, their agenda… According to Dino, it is all about bringing high quality nutrition at an affordable price, because it should be within everyone’s reach. It’s the same with Network Marketing: it’s a business where everyone can fit in.
NH’s identity is natural. The colours of nature are present in all its products and throughout the company. It is a place to breathe clean air, to create, to plant and to watch grow.
The future of NH
NH may not be a company of explosive expansion, but it already has an internal and legal growth that many momentum companies would envy. In just one year, it operates in more than 40 countries, with licenses and a legal structure worthy of companies more than 10 years old. They have 15 warehouses and ship every month all over the globe. Month by month, it grows a little more and the infrastructure becomes more intricate, but also stronger. Their products, innovative in their formulas, pass all the quality controls for their distribution according to the regulations in force in each continent where they are distributed. This is also a time-consuming process, but necessary to ensure quality, safety and, of course, long-term success.
As mentioned above, more products are in the pipeline, and the vast majority of them are based on organic and functional nutrition. Products for specific functions: detoxification of heavy metals in the diet, boosted vitamin supplements and a few more to be revealed. We are also told that there will soon be some digital products. NH is always based on the principle of improving people’s physical, mental and economic health.
