Daniel González: The Natural Calling of a Young Leader

With a Clear Vision

Most people discover network marketing while pursuing other plans, preparing for a different career or facing a professional crisis that forces them to question whether they are on the right path. Daniel González, however, dreamed of becoming part of the industry when he was only eleven years old.

He first learned about it through a friend, and from that moment on, he could no longer imagine a future that did not lead him to becoming a leader in a major company. What fascinated him was not only the business model itself, but also the philosophy and culture of personal growth that surrounded it.

At an age when most children are concerned with school grades and spend their afternoons playing or enjoying hobbies, Daniel immersed himself in books by authors such as Robert Kiyosaki, studied the industry’s Top Earners, and attended seminars and business presentations. He prepared himself just as any student prepares for a future profession, until the day he was legally allowed to join his first company at the age of fourteen.

A leader by pure vocation, who chose this path with complete clarity.

Most people in this industry learn as they go, developing their skills after they enter the business. Daniel arrived prepared. Even so, he was still young, inexperienced, and had his own challenges to overcome. The greatest of them was precisely his age. He was simply too young and too determined for many people to understand. Building a community, earning trust and gaining the respect of teammates, many of them already adults with years of experience, was anything but easy.

By the age of fifteen, however, he had already earned his first incentive trip. A small victory that proved he was just as capable of achieving outstanding results as anyone else. That was the moment Daniel realized he was on the right path, that he truly had a career in network marketing, and that he needed to give everything to achieve his goals. He spent the next four years proving that point through consistent results. Looking back, Daniel recalls that finding the right mentors during this stage of his life was essential.

A Shift in Perspective

Mindset and preparation are essential, but without the right opportunity, or at least one you genuinely connect with, hard work alone is not enough. Guided by that philosophy, Daniel always gravitated toward companies built around physical products and kept his distance from the digital boom. It simply did not resonate with him. At the same time, as he grew as a leader, his personal life was evolving as well: he got married and started a family.

Becoming a father forced him to seriously define what he wanted from his career: what kind of company he wanted to build with and how he envisioned his future. He stopped looking for “good opportunities” and began searching for businesses that were solid, lasting and strong enough to one day be passed on to his children.

His decision to join LifeWave, however, did not come from a business presentation or an active search.
It came from personal experience.

Daniel had previously been part of Esteban Merizalde’s and Juan Carlos Garduño’s team: they had, in fact, been his mentors. And they reconnected when his family began facing certain health challenges. Daniel had seen testimonials from people using LifeWave products and decided to try them when his family was facing a health situation that led them to explore complementary options.

Before long, the family felt they had experienced a very positive change, an outcome that left them genuinely impressed.

A product he had personally tried and that was producing real results. A company where his mentors were building, with years of stability behind it. And, above all, a physical product that could genuinely improve people’s lives.

It was exactly what Daniel had been looking for all his life. So he made the decision.

The U90X Mindset and Daniel’s Leadership Principles

Beyond the products and the corporate structure, once Daniel began working alongside Esteban and Juan Carlos, he was also introduced to U90X, a new leadership philosophy.

Its first principle is building a community that supports everyone’s growth. A place where people have the opportunity to create an exponential life by improving every area of their personal and professional development.

U90X aligns naturally with Daniel’s own values. His goal has never been recruiting people: it has always been creating systems and delivering more value than he receives. The objective is not simply to build teams, but to build families that grow together. Within those families, there is room for young leaders as well as eighty-year-old beginners, welcoming every type of profile.

For Daniel, what truly matters is finding people who are willing to build for the long term, with consistency and solid foundations. Everything else is secondary. Commit fully, even if you only have two hours a day to dedicate to the business. He is the kind of leader who finds fulfillment in watching others succeed.

To achieve that, he believes the key is not motivation but, as he describes it, inspiration. Inspiration grows from within and encourages people to become better. Yet inspiration alone is not enough. He also promotes physical and mental wellbeing, principles deeply embedded in the U90X philosophy, as a lifestyle that enables people to perform at their best, maintain the right mindset and achieve better results. When you feel well, everything becomes possible.

Success Also Means Learning to Let Go

At just twenty-six years old, Daniel has become an experienced mentor who transforms lives. At the same time, he continues learning one of leadership’s greatest lessons: letting go. Allowing his teammates to make their own mistakes, recognize their own strengths and responsibilities, and, perhaps most importantly, learning to rest a little more himself.

Empowering people also means allowing them to fly on their own.

That is one of the goals he consciously works on today: learning to set healthy boundaries. Knowing when it is time to be a mentor and when it is time to be a father. Enjoying time with his family, appreciating life’s small moments, and cultivating interests that exist beyond the business itself.

But can someone whose leadership is rooted in genuine vocation, like Daniel, ever stop being a leader full-time at an age when most people are still trying to discover their professional direction?

He admits there will be different seasons in life, each defined by its own goals and priorities. Yet his greatest purpose has always been to build a business that provides the freedom not to spend every single day working. It is the same freedom he wants everyone in his organization to achieve: the freedom to live life alongside their families in the way they choose and truly enjoy their time together.

Today, he is well on his way. Daniel currently holds the rank of Executive One Star, a position achieved by only eight people throughout Mexico within the company. Even so, he never speaks of it as a personal accomplishment, but as a victory shared by the entire team, a team that now spans ten different countries.

The Future Is Bright

Looking ahead, Daniel González is convinced that network marketing is undergoing a profound transformation. At a time when people increasingly seek wellbeing, innovation and opportunities with a long-term vision, he believes the real differentiator will be building organizations founded on leadership, trust and the holistic development of people.

His goal is not simply to reach the Presidential rank or expand his organization into new markets. His greatest ambition is to see hundreds of leaders grow into individuals capable of transforming their own families’ lives while creating a positive impact on those around them. For Daniel, success is measured not only by personal achievements, but by the legacy left in every person who chooses to walk the same path.

Daniel’s story demonstrates that leadership is not built overnight. It requires unwavering commitment and the ability to think long term. Above all, it proves that no obstacle is too great when you have a dream, conviction, and an exceptionally clear vision.
