Herbalife Ltd. has announced that Stephan Gratziani will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) starting May 1, 2025. This appointment represents a significant shift in the company’s leadership, as Gratziani began his career as an independent distributor before rising to the highest levels of management.
With more than 32 years of experience at Herbalife, Stephan Gratziani has proven to be a visionary and strategic leader. As an independent distributor, he successfully expanded his business to over 70 international markets, becoming one of the leading members of the company’s exclusive “Founder’s Circle.”
In 2023, Gratziani joined Herbalife’s corporate team as Chief Strategy Officer, where he led key initiatives to modernize the business model and adapt to current market trends. In January 2024, he was appointed President of the company, further solidifying his influence in strategic decision-making.
Michael O. Johnson, the current CEO and Chairman of the Board, will transition to Executive Chairman, ensuring a smooth leadership change. “Stephan joined the company and his impact was immediate,” Johnson remarked. “He is the right leader for this crucial moment in Herbalife’s history.”
