Thousands Gather in Utah to Celebrate the Melaleuca Anniversary
Wellness and direct-selling company Melaleuca celebrated its 41st anniversary during a three-day event held at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The event brought together company executives, customers, and employees to recognize its history and share the innovations that will shape the organization’s future.
Throughout the event, attendees participated in training workshops, educational sessions, and business development activities. The company also introduced new products, including a bite-sized beef jerky snack and a new tooth polish.
Frank VanderSloot Highlights the Company’s Growth
During the celebration, Frank VanderSloot, Executive Chairman of Melaleuca, shared his enthusiasm about the company’s progress over the years.
“I’m truly amazed by what is happening with the company. It has been extraordinary. Thousands of people are attending, and we feel very blessed. This is our 41st year, and things continue to get better,” VanderSloot said.
The executive emphasized the support the organization has received from both its employees and the communities where it operates, factors he considers essential to the company’s sustained growth.

Founded in 1985, Melaleuca has become one of the most recognized companies in the direct selling and wellness industry. Today, the company generates an estimated $2 billion in annual revenue and employs more than 4,500 people across 19 countries.
According to VanderSloot, much of the company’s success is attributed to the quality of its workforce and the supportive business environment found in Idaho.
“Not only do we have great employees because of Idaho’s strong work ethic, but we also have outstanding leaders helping guide the company. The community has been incredibly supportive. We could probably have built this company elsewhere, but there is no better place than Idaho,” he stated.
