eXp Realty took a big step into the international market and opened a new branch in Dubai, its 24th worldwide, as part of its strategy to strengthen its presence in the Middle East. These actions will be led by Dounia Fadi, a Dubai-based real estate agent with more than 18 years of experience in the sector.
Michael Valdes, the company’s Chief Development Officer, says this move will bring further growth for eXp Realty because Dubai is a vibrant, multicultural city with a diverse economy. This provides a solid foundation for this gateway to the United Arab Emirates.
