Over two days, Kraków was the stage for the new edition of the Beyond conference tour: a gathering of leaders, entrepreneurs and fintech enthusiasts.
An event that sets a new standard
Different communities related to trading, technology, innovation and markets, but also leadership and personal development, come together at these events; the most recent one, held in Poland on September 19 and 20, was one of the most successful gatherings to date, setting a new standard for future editions.
Day one: markets, tools and news
During the first day, the program was marked by specialized information: markets, tools and strategies. There was also room to update the enthusiastic audience on new products and utilities, such as Bix, an international payment solution adapted to new economies.
Bix kept one of the day’s surprises in store, revealing that David Imonitie Jr., a sales legend, had been appointed Vice President of Sales for the North American market.
The Sonic strategy mascot
Another memorable moment of the day was the official presentation of the mascot for the Sonic strategy, inspired by the famous fictional hedgehog, a trading strategy that was celebrating its first year in operation.
TAG HEART: business growth must also generate social impact
Although Saturday was a much more academic day, it was not lacking in energy and human connection, as, among other topics, the presence of the TAG HEART projects stood out. This foundation was born from a purely technological entity, but it focuses on the everyday problems of many communities around the world: from food, access to water and education to infrastructure challenges. In addition to making a special mention of the situation in Venezuela and Colombia following the recent earthquakes, it was emphasized that business growth must also generate social impact.
Key ideas: AI, action and standards
Throughout Sunday, a series of concepts were reinforced across the different talks. On one hand, the combination of AI and other digital tools as protagonists in an economy operated by autonomous agents. On the other hand, with a more personal than technical focus, the message that success depends on acting, learning and adapting one’s approach in the face of change.
As a closing, Sabato Galasso was recognized for a spectacular performance and offered a valuable message: “Don’t lower your standards; raise your dreams.”
Day two: personal and professional development
On Sunday, the tone of the conference changed to raise the attendees’ level of energy and enthusiasm. This day was dominated by personal and professional development content.
Andre Maronian: success in the markets and a letter from the future
Andre Maronian delivered a fun and dynamic presentation on success trading in the markets, which he closed with a letter “sent from the future,” inviting the audience to work consistently, stop making excuses and value the collective impact of present effort.
David Imonitie: mentor, patience and service-oriented leadership
A true sales expert, David Imonitie spoke about the importance of finding the right mentor, staying teachable and acting with patience. According to David, reality is created first in words, thoughts and beliefs, and then through persistent action. But he also emphasized the need to demand of ourselves truth, justice, love for others and service-oriented leadership in order to achieve any goal.
Katharina Sporleder: personal transformation
Katharina Sporleder presented personal transformation as a process of replacing limiting beliefs, many of them unconscious, with new experiences and convictions. She invited the audience to take responsibility, define clearly what they want and change thoughts, emotions and actions. Success makes sense when it helps more people develop their potential.
Navid Tavakoli: managing vs. leading
Navid Tavakoli’s years of experience have helped him see today’s opportunities more clearly. He explained that negative past experiences can become wisdom if we stop allowing them to limit the future. He also drew a distinction between managing and leading: the leader moves forward first, sets the example and accepts no excuses, whether their own or others’. His formula is simple: make the list, call, repeat the system and act even on the hard days.
Tom Barendregt: from copy trading to firm belief
Tom Barendregt reviewed the evolution from the difficult beginnings of copy trading to the current system and concluded that the common difference among those who progress is a firm belief. He proposes building that confidence in five areas: the Forex industry, the affiliate model, the service, the company and oneself.
Panel Discussion: leadership, personal growth and team building
One of the most emotional moments of Sunday was the Panel Discussion led by Joel Ares: a dynamic and inspiring conversation in which highly experienced leaders shared practical lessons on leadership, personal growth and team building.
- Danijel Botic advocated authentic leadership that teaches the team to take responsibility, combining support and high standards.
- Carsten Gotowy proposed leading by example, defining a solid “why” and applying a simple, duplicable system.
- Claudio Buda believes the business is about helping others, but without creating dependency by doing the work for them.
- Hayden Vavra: to “go beyond,” you have to evaluate yourself honestly and recognize future leaders by their energy and willingness.
- Atussa Hinedi sees the community as a long-term project and recommends copying the system and relying on the team.
- For Dennis Schymanietz, the initial financial motivation must evolve into constant learning and helping others.
Next stop: Bangkok
And to close the day, we were reminded that next November BEYOND will make its stop in Bangkok, which promises to go one step further. At this time, it is known that twice as many people have already confirmed their attendance as in Krakow.
