Copilot AI-scape Room, a gamified experience in which participants use Microsoft 365 Copilot prompts to ‘escape’ from a digital challenge, demonstrating how AI and agentic AI can improve problem solving and teamwork. After completing the escape room challenge, they will take home a personalised AI-generated avatar photo recognising their achievement.
AI Digital Frame Experience, an interactive installation featuring a realistic digital human displayed within a dynamic digital frame. Visitors can interact directly with the digital human to ask questions about Reply and explore how AI-driven customer interaction can create more natural and human interactions.
AI-Powered Innovation Highlights. This is a series of live demonstrations highlighting Reply’s advances and solutions in Microsoft Azure, AI for Good, Copilot adoption, CRM and customer experience, security and AI agent coordination, showing how businesses can leverage Microsoft technologies to achieve secure, scalable and intelligent innovation.
On Thursday, 20 November at 2:00 p.m. (PT), Reply will host a session entitled ‘How to build intelligent businesses with Copilot and custom AI agents’.
This session will explain how Reply has partnered with leading organisations to bring AI agents to life, extending the power of Microsoft 365 Copilot and developing customised Agentic AI solutions that respond to unique business needs. Attendees will gain practical insights into the opportunities, business value and strategies for starting or expanding their journey with AI agents.
