Maykel Panduro had followed at face value the path imposed by society: “Study, graduate in a profession that generates many benefits and work hard to achieve your goals”. As a graduate in Administration, he spent more than 6 years working in the financial system of his country, earning money and applying what he had studied. For many, it was a comfortable life; for Maykel, it was his own prison.
Maykel did nothing but work 9-to-5 from Monday to Friday, waiting all week for the days off, fearing the moment it was Monday again, the grim announcement of a new long week. He would return again to the routine, to that life that he felt did not belong to him, where he felt like a caged lion knowing that there was much more out there for him.
Frustrated and tired of repeating the same pattern day after day: wake up, work and sleep, Maykel decided to give up in search of something better. What was that something better? ? A place where he could work to live, not live to work. A place where he had the freedom to have time for himself, to devote to his hobbies, to his loved ones, to fulfil his dreams. Where would he find something like that? Maykel didn’t know yet, but he was willing to find out.
Maykel took the first few months of unemployment in his stride, applying for different jobs, but after a series of disappointments and rejections, the spirit with which he began his search was waning until he hit rock bottom. After several months without a job, Maykel had a debt of more than 30,000 dollars and no viable short-term options, but he continued with an unwavering faith asking God for a way out. It was then that Maykel was presented with an opportunity where with little money, he could generate a lot of capital, and he did not think twice before betting on the Network Marketing industry.
However, it is well known that everything in life is trial and error and, although he did not do badly in his first experience, Maykel was very clear that it was necessary to be constantly evolving, and that is how he learned about OmegaPro.
Today, after 3 years of experience within the sector, Maykel is sure that joining the OmegaPro company has been one of the best choices he has made in his life, because not only was he able to achieve financial freedom and live the life he dreamed of, he also had a change of mindset that made him a better person and motivated him to help others.

Although the impact of his work is beginning to impact lives, Maykel assumes that there is much work to be done: not only to improve the lives of people in his native Peru and other parts of Latin America, but also to create a better status for the profession. According to Maykel, many people who have never achieved their goals now steal and kill the dreams of those who set out to do so. Changing this reality is a personal goal for him.
Currently, Maykel is a Black Diamond within OmegaPro and claims to have reached this point under the philosophy of “all or nothing, it’s win or die trying” and to give everything for the team. His hunger for success and his desire to leave his mark on the world drives him to be a better version of himself, and he shares this with his team.
Maykel’s example is that of a young man who, despite having no dreams, no contacts, no money, was able to get his life on track and achieve the success he always dreamed of and for which he now gives thanks every night before going to sleep.
This example gives a message to the new generations: never give up and always be thankful for the blessings you have.
