Herbalife To Invest $400 Million For Digital Transformation of The Company

Herbalife Nutrition announced the start of the company’s digital transformation and the launch of Herbalife One, a platform where distributors and customers around the world will have a simplified product purchasing experience.

This new launch will be the inflection point for advancing future growth objectives. New technologies and streamlined processes will be the foundation of the new Herbalife One platform in order to deliver efficient and productive results.

“We are pleased to announce board approval to proceed with our new digital transformation platform, the largest single investment in the company’s history.”

So announced John Agwunobi, President and CEO of Herbalife Nutrition.

“The design of this new seamless platform experience is the result of extensive collaboration with our distributors to identify technology that enables our future growth by delivering the best digital experience for all distributors and their customers.”

The investment is stipulated to be more than $400 million, a budget that may increase to $250 million over the next three years.

The approach used to build Herbalife One will be modern and flexible, integrating deep data analytics and insights, increased performance and deployment of future upgrades at high speed to market.

More than a dozen enhancements will be implemented, including new distributor enrolment, onboarding and training, accessibility to wellness content, shopping tools and new coaching tools, community support and more.
