CoreWeave confirms $14.2 billion cloud computing agreement with Meta through 2031

CoreWeave Inc. (CRWV) announced a new purchase order with Meta Platforms Inc. under its existing Master Services Agreement that commits Meta to pay up to approximately $14.2 billion through December 14, 2031.

The agreement, executed on September 25, 2025, provides Meta with access to cloud computing capacity through reserved capacity orders. Meta retains an option to extend its commitment through 2032 for additional cloud computing capacity under the order form.

The companies initially signed their Master Services Agreement on December 10, 2023. CoreWeave determined that the agreement qualifies as material under the requirements of Item 1.01 of Form 8-K.

The Framework Services Agreement shall remain in effect until all outstanding orders expire or are completed, or until the agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms. Either party may terminate the agreement for cause.

The agreement includes standard provisions for representations, warranties, indemnities, and limitations of liability. The order form allows for modifications by mutual agreement between both companies.
