The report details the company&#8217;s efforts since 2020, the start of its &#8220;Decade of Action&#8221;, to reduce its carbon footprint and become a sustainable business. <\/p>\n<p>The report highlights five key areas: business excellence, product management, responsible manufacturing, women&#8217;s empowerment and social impact. Among the most relevant points are: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Gender diversity in leadership: 54% of the executive team is female.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Deloitte has named it one of the 2022 Best Managed Companies in the US.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">12% of the company&#8217;s indirect suppliers in the US are owned by women, minorities or veterans.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Receiving OSHA Star Recertification Credentials<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">In partnership with The Arbor Day Foundation, supported three global reforestation projects.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Awarded 14 STEAM scholarships to young women who dream of careers in STEAM-related industries.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Donation of more than $1.3 million to global organisations working to support women.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Today, Mary Kay Inc. operates in more than 35 countries, which is both an achievement and a responsibility.
