Mary Kay has released its Mary Kay 2026 Sustainability Report, <\/strong>an annual report detailing the company\u2019s main social, economic and environmental sustainability efforts and achievements.<\/p>\n\n

According to the report, the company continues to make progress toward its 2030 goals, with a particular focus on women\u2019s empowerment, digital innovation, biodiversity and responsible product stewardship.<\/p>\n\n

The company participated in several impact partnerships, including grants for next-generation innovators across different STEM fields, as well as initiatives focused on entrepreneurship and community development.<\/p>\n\n

Its initiatives also include funding cancer research, supporting survivors of domestic violence and creating opportunities for women and their families around the world.<\/p>\n\n

According to the report, since 1996 Mary Kay has provided $230 million in monetary and in-kind donations<\/strong> to company-sponsored global foundations.<\/p>\n\n

Women\u2019s Leadership and Global Presence<\/h2>\n\n

From an economic perspective, Mary Kay is currently present in 40 markets<\/strong> and participates in more than 100 trade organizations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The company also highlights its results in terms of female representation across its leadership teams.<\/p>\n\n
