With this transformation, AGNT Inc adds a franchise model to complement its existing cloud-based real estate brokerage business. The company describes this evolution as the creation of a truly multi-model enterprise, where distinct brands operate under a unified, agent-focused holding structure. <\/p>\n\n

According to the company, this strategy provides greater growth opportunities, advanced technology tools, and resources tailored to professionals at every stage of their careers.<\/p>\n\n

For Glenn Sanford, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of AGNT Inc, the rebranding formalizes a philosophy that has guided the organization since its inception.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cWe built this company around the conviction that agents deserve better economics, better technology, and a platform designed for them. AGNT is the realization of that vision,\u201d Sanford said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

Company Relocates Its Corporate Domicile to Texas<\/h2>\n\n

In addition to the name change, AGNT Inc has completed a corporate redomestication process, moving its legal domicile from Delaware to Texas.<\/p>\n\n

The company stated that the decision was driven by Texas\u2019 governance framework, which better aligns with the realities of an agent-driven business model.<\/p>\n\n

The process was reviewed for more than a year by a special committee of independent directors and external advisors before receiving shareholder approval during the Annual Meeting held on May 8, 2026. <\/p>\n\n

eXp Realty Maintains Its Focus on Agent Success<\/h2>\n\n

Leo Pareja, CEO of eXp Realty, said the creation of AGNT Inc strengthens the mission that has fueled the company’s growth over the years.<\/p>\n\n

Pareja noted that eXp Realty became one of the world’s largest independent real estate brokerages through a combination of technology, culture, and agent-focused economics.<\/p>\n\n

\u201cAGNT provides a permanent home for that mission at the holding company level. The platform is stronger than ever, and we are just getting started,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n
