Natalia García: The Diamond Who Turned Fear into Victory with Holdex

Natalia García, a 34-year-old from Bogotá, grew up in a traditional family where the path was already laid out: study, graduate and find a stable job. Her father, a retired banker and her mother, a homemaker, longed for that kind of security for her. But since she was 18, Natalia “always wanted something different.”

Although she was studying psychology, a chance encounter with the world of digital business before graduating changed everything: “I dedicated myself 100% to this. I’ve never worked in anything other than digital business and investments.”

Her first approach to network marketing came in 2015–2016, but the experience was tough: “Some pretty serious things happened to me […] a bankruptcy. I didn’t want anything more to do with it.” She left the industry completely and, for years, took refuge in financial trading, managing investment funds and selling automated systems. There, she built a large community, although she always worked independently, convinced that this was her only path.

The breaking point: when Holdex arrived unannounced

In October 2024, Brandon Martínez, whom she knew from previous investments, contacted her in Bogotá. Holdex wasn’t operating yet, it was just an idea. But something about that conversation was magical:



“He started explaining other things to me […] But what I felt, the vibe, the theme of abundance, the feeling of really looking someone in the eye and knowing what their purpose is, I told him: ‘I don’t know what your company is going to do. I don’t know what this is going to be about, but I’m in. I want to be around people like that.’”

Her decision was intuitive, but the analysis came afterward. “This year we’re going for the first million dollars for everyone who joins us […] It would be great to work with 20–30 people who are all in.”

“When you see an opportunity, be in the here and now. Ask yourself: What can I do with this TODAY? What can I offer my family TODAY?”

This practical philosophy helped her overcome the fear planted by her first failed experiences in MLM. Today, her focus has radically evolved: while her mindset used to revolve around individual goals and personal sales, she now devotes her energy to visualizing her team’s needs, designing support strategies and finding solutions for those around her. She herself recognizes this shift as one of the most positive changes in her professional life.

Natalia García didn’t follow the script. She broke with family tradition, survived painful failures and reinvented herself in a field she once believed was closed to her. Her success with Holdex, reaching Diamond with a committed team, is proof that:
