Mladen Vojković: The Network Marketing Revolution in Asia (and Beyond)

As XPro’s Sales Director for Asia, Mladen Vojković not only embodies the essence of the modern entrepreneur, but is also redefining what it means to build relationships and companies in this industry. With 26 years of experience, an unshakable mindset and a clear vision, his story is a testament to how passion, combined with solid systems, can transform lives.

Born in Zadar (Croatia), Mladen grew up in an environment where entrepreneurship was part of daily life. His grandmother opened one of the first cafés in the city and his parents carried on that legacy. Mladen studied economics and, after graduating, tried his hand at multinational corporations such as Generali Insurance and Bassler Insurance, where he led teams of up to 20 people.

The Turning Point: Doug Wead and Network Marketing

In 1998, an Amway event changed Mladen’s life. There, he listened to Doug Wead, advisor to presidents like Reagan and Bush Jr., speak about how network marketing allowed people to create more flexibility and stability without the risks of a traditional business. It was an epiphany for him: “a system that gives you time and money. Since then, this has been my passion,” he explains. For six years, Mladen immersed himself in Amway, mastering the foundations of the industry.

But his ambition didn’t stop there. The next 12 years Mladen dedicated to an Austrian company, expanding throughout Asia (Philippines, Malaysia, Dubai, India) until the pandemic forced him to return to Croatia. Far from giving up, he used the crisis to train in blockchain and tokenization, skills that would lead him to join XPro from its launch in June 2024.

XPro: More Than a Company

For Mladen, XPro is not just another network marketing company. It’s a disruptive project that merges technology, education and inclusive opportunities. “The company’s mission is to provide opportunities for people with no experience in digitalization or blockchain to participate in the digital economy and explore new professional paths,” he states.

Mladen’s role as Sales Director for Asia couldn’t be more strategic: he lived in the region for two years and understands its dynamism. With this in mind, his short-term focus is on a mega event in Kuala Lumpur with more than 3,000 attendees (60% of them from Asia).

Nor does he speak in modest terms: “In five years, XPro will be in the top 5 MLM companies in the world, with over one billion dollars in revenue.”

What Sets Vojković Apart?

His differentiating factor is his ability to detect and develop talent. “You can’t build this business alone. This is a people business and my great strength is building and replicating the team. When I see someone who can achieve results, I don’t let them give up.” . This philosophy has allowed him to replicate his success in cultures as diverse as India and Malaysia.

Although his life revolves around XPro, Mladen maintains balance. He is passionate about basketball and prioritizes his family. “My goal is to secure their future. That’s why I’ll return to Asia: to build a business that gives them stability.”
