Born in Australia, Goran began his career as a teacher, juggling teaching with other jobs and even Australian football. But in 1990, an invitation to explore multi-level marketing would change his life forever.

After a year and a half with no significant progress and three years of persistence, circumstances in which many would have given up, he managed to turn network marketing into a full-time career.

That perseverance became his hallmark: even when his first company faced a crisis, he knew how to reinvent himself, eventually merging the world of business strategy with relationship marketing, a move that would take him straight to the heart of XPro.

For Hemström, XPro is not just a company, it’s a life project. “It’s my final home in this industry,” he states.

Since joining the founding team in July 2024, he has played a key role in expanding into the European market, which he considers “the spearhead” of the company’s global objectives. His efforts have contributed to a notable upward trajectory in sales figures, reflected in the steady growth of monthly subscriber numbers and overall revenue. If this trend continues, projections suggest that the community could reach approximately 55,000 members by 2025. The current performance indicates promising momentum toward achieving the company’s broader growth targets.

How does he plan to achieve this? By organizing and coordinating events and training sessions that allow independent Marketing Associates in Europe to share the project, receive training and build their teams, while also supporting European leaders through one-on-one mentorship, presentations and coaching to help them meet their goals.

What sets Hemström apart is his emotional connection to XPro. He speaks of “family” when referring to founders like José Gordo and Gorka Buces, with whom he shares decades of history. Many people in his current network are colleagues of 20 to 30 years, relationships forged through crises they overcame together.
